Crosscut Sled for Table Saw

This is one that I should have built a lot sooner. This is a crosscut sled for a tablesaw. This allows extermely precise and safer crosscuts of wide panels. It is very useful for plywood panels and cutting boards. It's also great for cutting parts that are too small for a miter saw.

Construction was pretty simple as you can see. The most critical part was getting the rear fence exactly perpendicular to the blade. I added the t-track and flip stop to allow multiple cuts of the same length. After the pictures were taken, I added a longer t-track and second flip stop.

The MDF is a bit heavy. I could have used 1/2 MDF instead of 3/4
